What size do I need?

Our shirts run true to size and our Undertac collection will have a sizing chart at the bottom of the description on the product page. You’ll see a size window based on waist measurements. Please note if you have larger muscular thighs you may want to size up for our RECON Opsec design as it has much greater compression. 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Shipping times may vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Generally, U.S. orders arrive within 5-7 business days, Canadian orders within 7-10 business days, and Australian orders within 10-14 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has shipped so you can stay updated on its status.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only make changes to your address before the order has been shipped. Once it’s been dispatched, we won’t be able to alter the shipping details, but we will do our best to help if there’s an issue.

How do I make a return or exchange?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please reach out to us via email with your name, order number, and any other relevant details, and we’ll guide you through the process.

Important Notes:

  • Underwear Returns: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on worn underwear.

  • Condition of Items: Items must be in new, sellable condition to be eligible for return or exchange. This means no strong odors, pet hair, or other fibers. If the item has been washed or is no longer in a condition you'd buy it in, we can’t accept the return.

Your satisfaction is our priority, and we’ll do our best to resolve any issues promptly!

How do I wash these things?

All washing instructions should appear on the packaging or clothing label. Be sure to zip up all your zippers if you’re washing your Undertac with items that have them. Though Undertac are very durable for normal use, sharp metal zipper teeth can cause abrading or cuts to the material. Please note that if you wash your Undertac with very rough materials, such as raw denim, this can cause pilling where there normally wouldn’t be. We highly recommend tumbling dry on low for all clothing as it helps to prevent premature wear and damage.

What is my order status?

Please check your email for status updates. When your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number. If you don’t see it, it’s likely in your junk or spam folder, so please check there. I made a mistake! How do I change my order?

If your order has yet to ship, please send us an email and we’ll do our best to get it corrected before shipment. If it has already shipped, please reach out to our customer service at info@sierrawhiskeyco.com and we’ll do our best to make sure we right the situation for you!

Can I change the color or size of my subscription? 

For consumer protection reasons, we are unable to make changes directly to the back end of your subscription, such as adjusting the size, color, or item. However, we’d be happy to cancel your current subscription and help you set up a new one with the size, color, or item you’d prefer. Simply contact us, and we’ll take care of the rest!

How do I cancel my subscription? 

Canceling your subscription is easy! Simply reach out to us via email or use one of the contact forms on our website, such as the one below, and we’ll take care of the cancellation for you. If you need any assistance, we’re happy to help!

Do you ship to Canada and Australia?

Yes, we proudly offer shipping to Canada and Australia! You can select your preferred shipping destination at checkout.

Please note that shipping fees and delivery times may vary based on your location. For Canadian and Australian orders, customs fees or duties may apply, and these are the responsibility of the customer.

Can I have Escape and Evasion accessories or implements shipped to me in Canada or Australia?

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship Escape and Evasion accessories or implements to Canada or Australia due to local regulations and restrictions.

If we notice that your order includes any restricted items, we will automatically exclude those products from your order and refund the amount paid for them back to your account. We’ll also notify you at the same time to keep you informed.

Do you offer wholesale or bulk pricing?

We do offer wholesale or bulk pricing for qualified businesses and organizations. If you’re interested in purchasing our products in larger quantities, please reach out to us via email, and we’ll be happy to discuss options with you.

Can I use more than one discount code on my order?

Unfortunately, we can only accept one discount code per order. However, you can still earn multiple entries into our sweepstakes with each purchase, even if you use a discount code.
