Refund policy

Sierra Whiskey Co. accepts returns and exchanges within 60 days of delivery for eligible items purchased directly from our website.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:

• Unworn
• Unwashed
• In original packaging
• With tags attached
• Free of odors, hair, fibers, or damage

Items that do not meet these standards may be refused.


Underwear Hygiene Policy

Due to hygiene and safety standards, worn or washed underwear cannot be returned or exchanged.


First Pair Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your first pair of Undertac underwear, Sierra Whiskey Co. offers a one-time First Pair Guarantee, subject to the following conditions:

• Limited to one (1) pair per customer and per household
• Applies only to your first underwear purchase
• Must be requested within 60 days of delivery

Approved claims may be refunded, replaced, or issued store credit at our discretion.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Sierra Whiskey Co. reserves the right to limit, deny, or revoke this guarantee in cases of suspected abuse, excessive claims, or fraudulent activity.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:

• Wrong item sent
• Defective product
• Our fulfillment error

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


Refund Processing

Once your return is received and approved:

• Refunds are issued within 5 business days
• Banks may take an additional 3–5 business days

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
